1. NO PHYSICAL RETURNS
Taskloom Solutions does not sell physical goods. Therefore, traditional product returns do not apply:
2. DIGITAL SERVICE POLICY
All services offered by Taskloom Solutions are:
Digital
Manpower-based
Delivered over time once the subscription begins
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICE-BASED REFUNDS
While returns are not applicable, refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
A refund may be issued if:
The assigned virtual assistant resigns during an active subscription period, OR
The assigned virtual assistant becomes unavailable due to long-term absence, emergency, or inability to continue service,
AND the client chooses not to proceed with a replacement assistant
4. REFUND CALCULATION (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds will be pro-rated based on the unused portion of the service period.
Only the remaining, unused service time will be eligible.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
No refunds or returns will be granted if:
The client accepts a replacement assistant
The service period has already been fully utilized
The client cancels for personal, business, or performance-related reasons
Cancellation occurs due to non-payment or violation of policies
The request is made outside the allowed timeframe.
6. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS & BILLING ERRORS
Refunds may be issued only if:
A verified duplicate payment occurred, or
A confirmed technical billing error is identified
7. POLICY UPDATES
Taskloom Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current policy.
