Taskloom Solutions does not sell physical goods. Therefore, traditional product returns do not apply.
The assigned resource becomes unavailable during an active service period, or
The assigned resource is unable to continue due to resignation, long-term absence, or unforeseen circumstances
The client chooses not to proceed with a replacement resource offered by Taskloom
Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of the service period
Only the remaining, unused service time is eligible for refund
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
The client accepts a replacement resource
The service period has been fully utilized
Cancellation is due to personal, business, or performance-related reasons
Termination occurs due to non-payment or violation of Terms and Conditions
The refund request is made outside the allowed request timeframe
A verified duplicate payment has occurred, or
A confirmed technical billing error is identified
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
