1. Service Description

Taskloom Solutions provides virtual assistant, consulting, and business support services to clients globally on a subscription or project basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services are delivered based on the agreed scope, plan, and engagement model.

2. Service Scope

Taskloom provides services based on mutually agreed requirements. While we strive to deliver high-quality outcomes, we do not guarantee specific business results, financial outcomes, or performance improvements.
Any deliverables, timelines, or outputs are subject to the availability of information, client cooperation, and defined scope.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring (monthly) basis
  • Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination
  • Taskloom reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once services begin, except under the conditions listed below.
Eligible Refund Cases
  • Assigned resource becomes unavailable during the active subscription period
  •  Service cannot be delivered due to internal constraints
  • Client chooses not to proceed with a replacement resource
Refund Processing
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Pro-rated refunds apply only to unused service time
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
No Refunds Will Be Issued If
  • The service period has been fully utilized
  •  A replacement resource is accepted
  • Cancellation is due to personal, business, or performance-related reasons
  • Termination occurs due to non-payment or policy violations

5. Duplicate Payments & Billing Errors

Refunds will only be processed if:
  • A verified duplicate payment was made
  •  A confirmed technical billing error occurred
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment to:  refund@taskloomsolutions.com

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Cooperate in a timely manner for service delivery
  • Not misuse Taskloom staff, systems, or services
  • Not engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities

7. Confidentiality

Taskloom maintains the confidentiality of all client information and implements reasonable measures to protect sensitive data.

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without prior consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All work deliverables provided to the client shall become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service availability, response times, and support levels may vary depending on the selected plan, scope, and engagement model.
Taskloom does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

Taskloom shall not be liable for:
  • Business losses
  •  Loss of revenue, profits, or data
  •  Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  •  Issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or services
Total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service during the active billing period.

11. Force Majeure

Taskloom Solutions shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil disturbances, government actions, power outages, internet or service disruptions, or failure of third-party service providers.

In such circumstances, Taskloom will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Taskloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  •  Payment obligations are not met
  •  These Terms and Conditions are violated
  •  There is misuse of services or unlawful activity

14. Changes to Terms

Taskloom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
